The developer Building Innovations has broken ground on its second development under the San Clemente line: the San Clemente Santa Teresa building. On April 20th of this year, Building Innovations launched its second development under the San Clemente line: the San Clemente Santa Teresa building, which will be for residential use. The project features 13 levels (basement, ground floor, nine floors of apartments, a rooftop, and a two-level penthouse). Grillón Alvarenga is the construction company in charge of the project. The firm is composed of a multidisciplinary team with extensive experience in the real estate development and construction market in Paraguay.

The building’s strategic location will allow owners to be within a 10 to 30-minute range of the most important points in Asunción and the AMA (Asunción Metropolitan Area). For example: 10 minutes from the Santa Teresa corporate center, 15 minutes from the UNA (National University of Asunción), 20 minutes from San Lorenzo, and 25 minutes from downtown Asunción.

San Clemente Santa Teresa is located in a fully established area, surrounded by all essential services such as medical centers, parks, schools, universities, and supermarkets.

We know that internally we must possess those qualities to navigate this industry,” he expressed.

“The company analyzes and develops the economic viability and commercial feasibility of the product.” “Currently, we are developing and building the San Clemente Fernando building, which finishes in November 2022, and San Clemente Santa Teresa, which is already in the structural phase with a delivery date of February 2024 and 40% of the units already sold,” Bertoni commented.
